• To establish programmes around the improvement teaching inputs so as to facilitate more effective learning • To recognize high performing teachers and students that would add value to the teaching and learning process. • To run programmes focused on English literacy, and critical thinking


• Over 90% students passing English with; a minimum grade D in Junior Certificate of Education examinations (reinstated in 2020), and 6 points as a highest score in Malawi School Certificate of Education examinations. • 76 students earning places in the public universities/colleges • Creation of active learning environments in 68 classes • Teachers continued development • All students from 14 schools having increased access to instructional materials • High competition for success among teachers and students. • Over 75% of the students passing with flying colors • Sustainable award programme for performing students and teachers • 110 vulnerable needy students supported with school fees.
